Mind Over Munchies – 1-on-1 Program

You might have read the book, listened to some podcasts, taken some courses, or worked on it in other ways.

The problem I see is that many women get stuck in the knowledge of Intuitive Eating…in their heads. Like eating cake because you feel like it, for example. That’s impulsive, not intuitive.

Our intuition stems from our bodies, not our heads. Intuitive eating is about slowing down and learning how to stop being impulsive.

This work is not about a diet, a healthy food plan, food journal, or daily food commitments.

It’s not about the food.

This is about the mental, emotional, and “being in the body” aspects of this work.

It’s everything about being uncomfortable with the feelings that come up and going along anyway.

The key to success with Intuitive Eating is through the willingness to experience the full spectrum of emotions and feelings, and learning how to handle them more efficiently so they have less impact and influence over your life, for the purpose of doing things differently in your life.

Because it’s only through facing the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that brings real, meaningful growth.

Having support in doing so is very important.

This program is high intensity work on both the emotional and spiritual levels.

The 6 Month Program:

Goal: To end the constant “food rules” chatter in your mind.

Your 6 Month Program includes:

  • a complimentary Clarity Call
  • a customized welcome gift
  • text/email support
  • 2 phone sessions per month (12 total) — typically these run about 1-1.5 hours each
  • Bonus programs: my self-study Mind Over Munchies program, and my email coaching program A Taste of Intuitive Eating

The investment to work with me one on one in the 6 Month Program is:

  • six monthly payments of USD $405 or
  • USD $2250 in full

  3. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult. We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the right fit before you commit.
  4. Then we’ll get started. If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
