Mind Over Munchies – 1-on-1 Program

If you’ve been trying Intuitive Eating for some time and are getting stuck, keep reading. If you’re brand new, you may benefit more from my monthly membership program. You know yourself best, though, so if you’re brand new to Intuitive Eating and want my 1-on-1 support, keep reading, too.

You might have read the book, listened to some podcasts, taken some courses, or worked on it in other ways.

The problem I see is that many women get stuck in the knowledge of Intuitive Eating…in their heads. Like eating cake because you feel like it, for example. That’s impulsive, not intuitive.

Our intuition stems from our bodies, not our heads. Intuitive eating is about slowing down and learning how to stop being impulsive.

This work is not about a diet, a healthy food plan, food journal, or daily food commitments.

It’s not about the food.

This is about the mental, emotional, and “being in the body” aspects of this work.

It’s everything about being uncomfortable with the feelings that come up and going along anyway.

The key to success with Intuitive Eating — and life — is through the willingness to experience the full spectrum of emotions and feelings, and learning how to handle them more efficiently so they have less impact and influence over your life, for the purpose of doing things differently in your life.

Because it’s only through facing the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that brings real, meaningful growth.

Having support in doing so is very important.

You don’t have to do it alone. I’m a frum woman, just like you. I’m a coach who gets your lifestyle.

This program is high intensity work on both the emotional and spiritual levels.

The 1-on-1 Program:

Your 1-on-1 Program includes:

  • a complimentary Clarity Call
  • text/email support
  • 2 phone sessions per month — 75 minutes each
  • Bonus program: my self-study Mind Over Munchies program

There is a minimum 3 month commitment to work with me, and then we can take it month by month. Most of my clients work with me for 6-12 months.

The investment to work with me one on one is:

  • three monthly payments of USD $425 or
  • USD $1175 in full
