Restorative Pause – July 7
In the midst of doing and holding it all together…
What if you gave your body permission to melt?
Restorative Pause is a one-hour class designed to help your nervous system exhale.
We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle inner inquiry: arriving, noticing what’s present, and letting your system settle.
Then we’ll move into a series of restorative poses, lying down with support and staying in each one for 3–5 minutes.
I’ll guide you gently through each shape, offering cues and reflections to help your body soften and your awareness turn inward. This week’s theme is “Healing the Mother Wound”.
💤 This is not exercise. It’s a nervous system reset through stillness, support, and subtle awareness. No yoga experience needed.
