There is a part of you that already knows what needs to be heard.

Soul Tilling is a weekly live class designed to help you access it — not by implanting new thoughts or positive reframes, but through a carefully held arc of teaching, imagery, writing, and embodied movement that surfaces what’s already there.

Think of it less like a class and more like a weekly appointment with your inner world. A specific time, a specific container, a group of other women showing up alongside you — so that the work you know you need to do doesn’t keep getting postponed.

Embodiment is the feminine path to Menuchas Hanefesh.

What we do

Each week follows a complete arc:

We open with a short teaching — inyanei d’yoma, the wisdom of this particular moment in time. What the season, the parsha, the Jewish calendar is asking of us right now, and how it meets what’s alive in our inner world.

Then a short guided imagery — archaeological rather than directive. A gentle knocking on an inner door to see who answers. You don’t control what comes. You just knock, and pay attention.

Then twenty minutes of uncensored, private writing. Not journaling in the pretty notebook sense — more like wringing out a cloth. Letting what the imagery stirred rise onto the page without editing, performing, or making it coherent. Just true. I offer prompts to keep you moving, but they’re just doors. What matters is what’s behind them. This writing is not meant to be kept — it will be torn up and thrown away, or deleted. It was never meant for anyone’s eyes, including yours.

We close with a somatic meditation — approximately twenty minutes of guided body-based practice to integrate and ground whatever moved through — followed by a brief guided movement practice to bring it all home into the body.

Surface. Express. Settle. Move.

Why weekly

Embodiment isn’t a drawer you clean out once and move on from. It’s a daily practice — a constant returning to what’s alive in you, what’s asking to be heard, what’s getting in the way of what wants to flow in.

A weekly container gives that practice structure, accountability, and company. Because we are not meant to do this work alone. We are relational beings. Our nervous systems regulate in connection — in the presence of other people who are willing to go to the difficult places alongside us.

This is especially true for women. The feminine path is not a solo path.
