Embodied Dance – Live class

Join me for Embodied Dance on Monday, May 26th at 9:30 am NY / 4:30 pm Israel for a 60-75 minute session designed to connect you with your body and the theme of this week’s Sefiras Haomer: Malchus. In this gentle, intuitive practice, we explore the theme of Malchus, allowing you to notice its presence in your life mentally, physically, and emotionally. Through a combination of guided prompts, reflection, and music, you’ll find space to honor your body’s sensations and uncover deeper meaning. The cost is $35, and please note, the session will not be recorded.
