Embodied Dance – Recording

Embodied Dance (A Curated Playlist to Discover New Insights): With the moon’s waxing, we’ll gently increase our creative energy and explore new insights through movement. Guided by a curated playlist of dynamic Jewish music, we’ll allow the music to inspire us as we dance our way into a deeper connection with ourselves and Hashem.

The recording (audio only) will be emailed to registrants within a few hours of the live class and will be available for one week.
