This retreat is an invitation to explore the parts of yourself that may often get buried under day-to-day responsibilities. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery using practices that invite balance and connection. Our time together includes:

  • Imagery & Mindfulness: Through guided imagery and present-moment awareness, awaken to the feelings that guide your path forward.
  • Intuitive Writing: Find clarity and release as you write from the heart, allowing insights to surface and gaining a new sense of inner strength.
  • Inner Child & Parts Work: Gently explore and honor parts of yourself that need compassion, gaining new perspectives on the triggers and beliefs that arise.
  • Movement & Music: Embrace your body’s wisdom through improvisational movement and music, connecting mind and body in a way that is both liberating and grounding.
  • Co-Regulation & Felt Sensing: Experience tools that bring harmony within, centering yourself and helping you feel grounded and aligned.

Each of these practices is chosen to create an immersive and gentle experience, allowing you to explore both mind and body while connecting with the feminine and adult aspects of yourself. Practical Details:

Monsey Retreat: Tuesday, November 26th, from 10 am to 4 pm
Brooklyn Retreat: Wednesday, November 27th, from 10 am to 4 pm
Lakewood Retreat: Thursday, November 28th, from 10 am to 4 pm

Please dress comfortably and bring an open heart, ready to explore and connect. There will be ample time for each exercise, group reflection, and personal insights.

The cost for this transformative experience is $600.
