Zos Chanukah Miracles

Rena led a mindfulness exercise to help participants connect with their emotions and body sensations. She guided them through a series of deep breaths and visualizations, encouraging them to explore their feelings and their connections with their physical surroundings. She then asked them to recall a time when they experienced a miracle and invited them to bring that joyful memory into their bodies. Rena suggested that they alternate between their overall emotions and the joyful memory, before staying with both.
