Renewal [Soul Tilling Monday]
There are times when we feel ourselves diminishing. Shrinking. Going quiet in ways we can’t quite explain or stop.
We — and as women in particular — are compared to the moon. You can wane. You can grow small. You can almost disappear.
And then comes the turning.
Tonight begins Rosh Chodesh — the new month, the reappearance of the moon, and our holiday. Our reward for being the ones who, when everything looked dark and lost, refused to despair. We knew — somehow, in the body, in the bones — that light was just around the corner.
That capacity for renewal is what we’re bringing into the room tomorrow.
Through a short guided imagery, twenty minutes of uncensored writing, somatic meditation and a closing movement practice — we’ll explore where you’ve been waning, and make space to begin turning toward the light.
~60 minutes. Not recorded.

This week’s book recommendation: If this email resonates with you, I recommend Focusing by Eugene Gendlin. Gendlin, the founder of Focusing, teaches a simple but profound practice: how to turn toward what’s already inside you with openness and not-knowing, and let something emerge that thinking alone could never reach. It’s the art of emptying the mind so the body can speak. A book that quietly changes how you relate to yourself.
