Embodied Dance – Live class

Embodied Dance (Curated Playlist, Embodied Insights) With the moon’s energy beginning to wax, we are called to action, to move outward into the world. Through embodied dance and curated playlists, we explore new insights and express our inner truths. Moving to words of Torah, Chazal, and beautifully composed lyrics, we combine shifting our cognitive beliefs as we shift our bodies through our space.
