Testimonials:
Being in the Held group was a beautiful experience. I felt your permission to come as I am, with whichever parts needed to be seen or heard. All of me was invited in your matter of fact open energy! The group offered me the opportunity to practice a new way of being. Not having to people please, or show up as my professional self. Not having to fill any specific role. Just be me. And for that I am so grateful.I noticed more regulation after the TEB – my digestion regulated and an overall sense of I am ok filled my heart.Thank you Rena for creating this space and inviting me in!
These sessions were extremely calming to my body, mind and soul.
The held series helped me connect with myself and recover from triggers faster. I’m finding myself having more awareness and better control when I get angry. Thank you so much for gifting me with this amazing experience! Your calmness amidst the chaos in Israel is a true inspiration and helped my body to be grounded. Toda Raba! May Hashem watch over you and all Klal Yisroel.
What I’ve gained from your classes:– a haven of calm that you’ve expertly crafted amidst a stormy world– you give space for what is, and allow it to be heard (internally to ourselves, or shared aloud within the group), without needing to fix or change ourselves, just to sit with it and validate and accept, brings a level of menuchas hanefesh by being with it– continuing to build my growing capacity for self compassion, and when meeting up with self criticism I’m more able to see it for what it is, sometimes even at a bit of a distance – while it feels so convincing, I know it’s not the ultimate truth, like “oh I’m feeling very judgmental right now” as opposed to “I’m so ___”
