A mindful space to explore the power of mind-body listening.
This is a once a month opportunity for growth-conscious women to discover how to:
- Bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be
- Bridge the gap between your mind and your body
- Bridge the gap between your “parts” and your Neshama

Why is this kind of listening so healing?
Despite having a vision of who we want to be, often we feel like there are other parts of us that are running the show and getting in our way. Subconscious parts that are “screaming” and pulling us in directions that we don’t want really to go.
It may be the voice of your mother/father/teacher/other authority figures. Or the voice of a part that’s trying to protect you, but going about it the wrong way.
With the guidance and presence of two empathetic listeners, your “Tune-In Partner” and your higher/Neshama/adult self, these parts have a space to be heard, to feel safe, and to relax. The body, via the Felt Sense, is the door to accessing these parts. When listening to your Felt Sense you’re allowing these parts to be heard so they no longer need to scream, they can stop running the show, and beH, you are free to move forward integrated, whole, and clear.
How does it work? Using the simple yet profound Focusing Technique, after a short attunement or lesson, we’ll split off into “Partners” with 1-2 other members of the group.
Following the clear and step-by-step guidelines of The Focusing Technique, we’ll unlock the healing power of deep empathic listening, integrate what we know in our minds, and bring it into our hearts.
When? The next session will be: Monday, July 10th, 12-1:30pm NY / 7-8:30pm Israel.

Why are you creating this space?
Because I am passionate about

How long is each session? Each session is approximately 90 mins
How is it structured?
- First 10-15mins: Opening attunement
- 60 mins: Breakout rooms for “Tune-in Partners”
- 15-20 mins: Closing discussion and attunement
What is this not? This is not group coaching. This is not therapy.
Do I need to be experienced in The Focusing Technique to participate? No, you will learn as you go along. You will follow a guided structure, a very specific process. By joining as a guider, you are agreeing to follow this specific process.
Will it be recorded? No, in order to protect the confidentiality of all participants.
What if I don’t like the partner? Depending on the number of participants in the group, I intend on mixing up the partners. As a “Focuser”, your partner should only be doing what you ask them to do. Your partner is meant to be listening to the guidelines.
What kind of woman is this for? This is for deep and conscious women. You might be a therapist, a coach, a healer, a yoga teacher, or a “regular” person. If you’re a deep, sensitive soul who values deep inner work, this is for you.
