Compassionate Parts Dialogue

Rena guided the participants through a relaxation and mindfulness exercise. She invited them to focus on their breathing, notice their bodies, and identify areas that were ready to relax and those that were tense. She then encouraged them to bring attention to these tense areas, embrace them with compassion, and ask them what they needed. The aim was to offer support to these areas in a compassionate and understanding way.
