Through breath, awareness, and presence, we’ll explore what it feels like to fully receive the recognition of your own strength, letting it settle into your body and being.

Thank you! This was a beautiful somatic and mindful rewiring experience. I added silent EFT tapping while listening to your guided meditation and doing the exercise and it was very uplifting, energizing and relaxing all at once.
