hi rena….Its incredible how I needed this exact message right now, today😉..back story, my son got married one week ago the chasuna was incredible and I keep telling anyone that knows me or about ie that this simcha would never ever have been the same had i still be in diet culture..I recently discovered I love to dance ( they say I danced when i was 2 yrs old, thats 40 yrs ago!😉) I danced the night away at the wedding like it was nobodys business and it was absolutely amazing!!!! on another note my beloved rebetzin who really instilled in me so so much of who i am for 20 yrs, passed away this past summer…so its been really hard especially now making our first wedding…I dont stop thinking about her , she was young just 50…listening to your meditation ,letting the tears flow was very therapeutic today..just what i needed……thx rena❤
