Meditation Exercise Guidance
Rena guided the participants through a meditation exercise. She began by leading the group through a series of deep breaths and visualizations aimed at relaxing the mind and body. She then encouraged the participants to explore the space around them, both physical and internal, noticing the size, shape, and sensations of objects and internal experiences. Finally, she invited the participants to continue this exercise for as long as it was beneficial to them.
