2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 Salmon fillets
Place the basil, garlic salt and pepper in the blender, slowly add the olive oil and process until smooth.
Spoon half the pesto into bottom your baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Top with the salmon fillets, and spread with the remaining pesto.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
