Why women’s nervous systems are different
Women’s nervous systems are designed differently than men’s.
We’re wired for tend-and-befriend, not just fight-or-flight.
Under stress, we instinctively seek connection. We heal through relationship. We regulate through community.
But we’ve been conditioned to “be strong” and “handle it alone.”
This goes against our biological design.
You’re not weak for needing other women. You’re not codependent for wanting to be witnessed and understood.
You’re human.
