Rena led a meditation exercise aimed at connecting with the inner world, focusing on the breath and finding relaxation in the body. She guided the participants to bring awareness to their thoughts and emotions, and to observe where and how they experienced these in the body. She then encouraged the participants to imagine the opposite of their recurring thought or emotion, and to experience this as if it was their only reality. Finally, she suggested the participants practice holding both the original and its opposite thought or emotion simultaneously, noticing the effect this had on their body and mind.
