Body Awareness Session

Rena led a practice on body awareness. She guided the participants through a series of exercises designed to increase awareness of their bodies and emotions. These exercises involved deep breathing, sensory awareness, and visualization to understand and connect with the body’s needs and emotions. Rena concluded the session by suggesting that participants stay with their bodies for as long as they need and then transition back to their surroundings when ready.
