Embrace Within
Under Rena’s gentle guidance, we embarked on an inward journey, starting with deep breaths. With each exhale slightly longer than the inhale, we signaled to our bodies that it’s safe to unwind. Sensing the air on our skin, we delved deeper, collectively noticing what called for attention inside. Focused, we embraced each sensation, emotion, or memory, finding peace in just being. As our nervous systems eased, we welcomed any thought or image, allowing our bodies to move as they wished. Rena’s words gently led us back, reminding us of Hashem’s loving presence, tangible and warm.
