Embracing Presence and Support
Rena guided us through a mindful journey, starting with gentle breaths and a surrender to the natural rhythm of our bodies. We let go of tension, sinking into the support beneath us, allowing ourselves to simply be. Moving inward, we scanned our bodies, noticing sensations and discomforts without judgment. With compassion, we engaged in a dialogue with these sensations, listening to their stories and understanding their needs. Surrounded by imagined circles of supportive figures from our pasts or presents, we tapped into their strength and belief in us, empowering ourselves to meet our own needs. From this place of inner strength and support, we offered ourselves the care and compassion we needed.
