Inner Shifts
Rena led us through a mindful journey, inviting us to connect deeply with our breath and the sensations in our bodies. With each inhale and exhale, we tuned into the present moment, acknowledging the support beneath us and exploring the mood of our bodies. We named our feelings and observed where they resided within us, gently contemplating their opposites. Moving between these contrasting emotions, we breathed and felt, allowing space for each sensation. Through this exploration, we unearthed the needs underlying our initial discomfort, nurturing a sense of balance within ourselves. Rena encouraged us to hold space for all aspects of our experience, trusting in the transformative power of presence. As we embraced what was, we opened ourselves to the possibility of inner shifts.
