Greek Yogurt Oat Muffins

Here’s a quick and great recipe that contains no flour or oil making it a great breakfast or snack on the go!

2 ripe bananas
2 cups oats (old fashioned or quick)
2 eggs
1 vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/4 c brown sugar or xylitol
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to the 350.
Blend in food processor or with hand blender all ingredients, except chocolate chips, until smooth and creamy. Add chocolate chips.
Pour into oil sprayed muffin tins or muffin paper liners until 3/4 full. Sprinkle with some more chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 -20 minutes until the top seems set or an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
