I forgot how far I’d come
I was preparing for an interview recently and decided to make a quick list of symptoms I’d healed from over the years.
I thought it would be maybe 10-15 things.
Five minutes later, I had almost 50 items on my list.
And I’m sure there are more I forgot.
Post-exercise malaise that kept me from moving my body for years. Reflux symptoms. Food sensitivities that kept narrowing until my body was rejecting almost everything.
As I kept writing, I was like “oh, and there’s this, oh, and there’s that, oh, and there’s this…”
Baruch Hashem, these are mostly either all the way healed and haven’t come back, or have mostly healed and don’t bother me most of the time.
But what struck me most from this list?
I had completely forgotten how many different ways my body was trying to get my attention over the years.
Each symptom wasn’t just random. Each one was communication. Information about what was happening in my system – physically, emotionally, energetically.
The healing didn’t come from finding the right supplement for each symptom or the perfect protocol to address them all.
The healing came from learning to listen to what my body was actually trying to tell me.
And then responding to the message instead of just trying to silence the messenger.
This is why I don’t just teach techniques. This is why we start with developing your capacity to hear and trust your body’s communications.
Because your body is already trying to guide you toward healing. We just need to learn its language.
What might your body be trying to tell you right now?
If something stirred in you as you read this – if you’re curious about what your own healing journey could look like when you learn to truly listen – I’d love to support you in that exploration.
Ready to explore what’s possible for your own healing journey?
Supporting your wholeness,
Rena
