I am not a healer

This might sound like it takes away your power, but actually, it’s the most liberating thing I’ve ever learned:

Hashem is the ultimate healer. I cannot heal you. We’re not healing ourselves.

Instead of feeling like I have to figure out how to heal myself (which is overwhelming and often leads to that frantic searching for the next technique), I get to focus on creating the right conditions.

We’re allowing our physical body that Hashem created – which He created with the ability to come towards homeostasis, to always be trying to come back to healing – to actually do what it was designed to do.

We’re giving it the best conditions to be able to do so.

What are those conditions?

Giving space for what’s going on inside of us.
Feeling what needs to be felt instead of pushing it away.
Listening to our body’s communications instead of silencing them.
Building nervous system capacity so we can actually receive support.

When we approach our wellbeing this way – as partners with the healing wisdom that’s already built into our bodies – everything becomes more gentle. More sustainable. More effective.

I’m not responsible for making my body heal. My body already wants to heal – it’s designed to heal.

I’m responsible for creating the conditions where that natural healing can happen.

Instead of feeling like a failure when something doesn’t work, I can ask: “What conditions need to be different here?”

Instead of forcing outcomes, I can focus on the process of creating space and safety and capacity.

The healing happens through us, not by us.

What would it feel like to be a partner with your body’s healing wisdom rather than its manager?

If this perspective resonates with you – if you’re ready to learn how to create the conditions where your body’s natural wisdom can emerge – I’d love to support you in developing this partnership.

Ready to explore what’s possible for your own healing journey?

Supporting your wholeness,
Rena
