Of course you teach what you need to learn

I teach people to trust their bodies.

And recently, when my gut clearly told me something, I immediately started questioning myself.

Was I reading this right? Was I being too sensitive? Should I get a second opinion?

You know what I realized?

Of course I teach this. BECAUSE I need to learn it.

You don’t teach FROM mastery. You teach AS practice.

The things you offer your clients, your students, your community, your family – those are often the exact things your soul is working on. The medicine you’re learning to take yourself.

You aren’t being hypocritical. This is how life works.

So if you’re ever sitting in session thinking “I teach this and I can’t even do it myself” – that means you’re in the right work.

Your teaching isn’t separate from your learning. It’s the VEHICLE for it.
