Why intimate groups create deeper healing
Small groups. Deep experiential work. Real change.
That’s what I’m committed to with B’Etzem, and here’s why:
When we’re in large groups, our nervous systems often perform. We hide. We manage how we’re perceived.
But healing happens in intimacy. In spaces where people can be seen in their authentic struggle, their real questions, their messy process.
Transformation is about having experiences that shift something at the nervous system level.
You can read about somatic work all day long. But until you’ve felt what it’s like to be truly present with sensations while being held by others doing the same work… that’s when the real shifts happen.
The same is true for your clients. In intimate therapeutic relationships, they can’t hide behind concepts or spiritual bypassing. They have to show up as they are. And that’s where the gold is.
Every single woman from my summer Level 1 cohort has told me she wants to continue to Level 2. Not all of them may make the logistics work, but the fact that 100% want to continue tells me everything about the power of intimate, embodied learning.
Real change happens in relationship. In spaces small enough for the nervous system to trust that it’s safe to be real.
9 days left to join B’Etzem Level 1. Ready to experience the power of intimate, embodied learning?
Prefer to speak with me first? I’d love that! Send me an email and we’ll find a time to talk.
How do you currently create intimate, safe containers for your clients’ deepest work?
With appreciation for depth over breadth,
Rena
