Preparing for Shabbos Peacefully
Rena led us through a mindful practice, offering a break from the week’s rush. With each breath, we grounded ourselves, letting go of tension. Reflecting on the week, we listened to our bodies, acknowledging any lingering feelings. Considering what we needed to prepare for Shabbos peacefully, we imagined scenarios where those needs were met. As we visualized this serenity, a sense of calm settled over us. Taking these insights with us, we were ready to prepare for Shabbos, knowing we could approach it with tranquility. It was a gentle reminder to honor our bodies’ needs and find peace amidst the preparations.
