Creating Space for Patience

This meditation invites you to explore your feelings of impatience and bring a sense of calm and patience into a situation in your life where you’ve been longing for change. Grounding yourself with deep breaths and mindful awareness, you’ll gently connect with the sensations of impatience in your body, noticing how they manifest. Through compassionate listening, you’ll ask this part of you what it needs and acknowledge its response, creating space for greater understanding. As you tune into any emerging patience, even in small amounts, you’ll carry this newfound calm into your day, allowing holiness to enter.
