Episode 14 – Eliana Cline, The Feeding Coach
Eliana Cline lives in Johannesburg, South Africa with her husband and children. Her own traumatic feeding experience when her eldest child was 4 months old led her to the trust-based feeding model which transformed her family’s life. She now teaches parents how to feed their children with confidence and handle common feeding struggles which arise. Highly practical and deeply profound, she supports parents through picky eating, overeating, managing junk food, building positive body-image, meal planning and meal structuring. Her method is founded on evidence-based best practices in feeding children globally, and brings back joy and calm to feeding our children. She is passionate about feeding children positively, and the long-term benefits gained when conflict is removed. She coaches parents in person and virtually via Skype or telephone, can be contacted on www.feedingcoach.co.za or eliana@feedingcoach.co.za. Her Facebook page and IG account share her methodology and journey in more detail. On top of this, Eliana graduated cum-laude in mathematics and is a freelance writer whose work has been published in aish.com, Mishpacha, and local Jewish publications.
